My research is focused on:

  • Developing strategies to improve hematopoietic stem cell transplantation by improving stem cell mobilization, enhancing graft-versus-tumor effects, and preventing graft-versus-host disease (GvHD)
  • Combining immunotherapy to chemotherapy in transplant and non-transplant setting to improve cure rate and survival in patients with hematologic malignancies
  • Using genome sequencing technology to enhance understanding of rare and common hematologic malignancies
